Ingredients
- Slider buns
- Scrambled eggs
- Cooked bacon or sausage
- Cheese (cheddar or American)
- Butter
- Seasoning (salt, pepper)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the bacon or sausage in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then set aside.
- Scramble the eggs in the same skillet and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Slice the slider buns in half and arrange the bottoms in a baking dish.
- Layer the scrambled eggs, cooked bacon or sausage, and cheese on the bottom halves of the buns.
- Place the top halves of the slider buns over the fillings.
- Brush melted butter over the top of the buns.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
