Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, sauté the onion, garlic, and ginger over medium heat until fragrant.
  2. Add the diced chicken to the pot and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the rice, coconut milk, chicken broth, and soy sauce, bringing everything to a gentle simmer.
