Description

Delightful clusters of strawberries dipped in Greek yogurt and drizzled with chocolate, perfect for a guilt-free snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with sprinkles if desired.
  3. Dip each strawberry slice into the yogurt, covering it completely.
  4. Arrange yogurt-covered strawberries on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
  6. Drizzle the melted chocolate generously over the yogurt-covered strawberries.
  7. Freeze until set, about 1-2 hours.
  8. Once set, serve and enjoy!
