- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with sprinkles if desired.
- Dip each strawberry slice into the yogurt, covering it completely.
- Arrange yogurt-covered strawberries on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate generously over the yogurt-covered strawberries.
- Freeze until set, about 1-2 hours.
- Once set, serve and enjoy!
