- 1 1/2 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Zest of 1 orange
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 8 oz dark chocolate, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the chocolate graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Mix in the vanilla extract, sour cream, orange zest, orange juice, and melted dark chocolate until fully combined.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly.
- Allow the cheesecake to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
