- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, beat together the ricotta cheese, softened butter, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix this into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
- In a separate bowl, combine the brown sugar, cinnamon, and rolled oats, then sprinkle this mixture over the cake batter.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
