Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together the ricotta cheese, softened butter, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix this into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
  7. In a separate bowl, combine the brown sugar, cinnamon, and rolled oats, then sprinkle this mixture over the cake batter.
