Description

A healthy twist on pizza featuring a savory chicken crust topped with fresh Caesar salad ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and shape into a pizza crust.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and slightly crisp.
  5. Let the crust cool for a few minutes.
  6. Top with romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and halved cherry tomatoes.
  7. Slice into wedges and serve immediately.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, substitute the egg with a flax or chia seed egg. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
