- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Spread the chicken mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and shape into a pizza crust.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and slightly crisp.
- Let the crust cool for a few minutes.
- Top with romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and halved cherry tomatoes.
- Slice into wedges and serve immediately.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, substitute the egg with a flax or chia seed egg. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
