Description

A delightful and easy Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad that’s perfect for summer gatherings, combining tender pasta, juicy chicken, fresh romaine, and a creamy dressing.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz pasta (rotini or fusilli)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup croutons
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and let it cool for a few minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, diced chicken, chopped romaine, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  3. Pour the Caesar dressing over the pasta mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated and well combined.
  4. Taste the salad and season with salt and pepper. Adjust to your liking.
  5. Just before serving, sprinkle the croutons on top. If desired, add halved cherry tomatoes.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for about an hour to let the flavors meld.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container up to 3 days. Keep croutons separate to maintain their crunch.
