A delightful and easy Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad that’s perfect for summer gatherings, combining tender pasta, juicy chicken, fresh romaine, and a creamy dressing.

- 8 oz pasta (rotini or fusilli)
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/2 cup croutons
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Cherry tomatoes, halved
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and let it cool for a few minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, diced chicken, chopped romaine, and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Pour the Caesar dressing over the pasta mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated and well combined.
- Taste the salad and season with salt and pepper. Adjust to your liking.
- Just before serving, sprinkle the croutons on top. If desired, add halved cherry tomatoes.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for about an hour to let the flavors meld.
Notes
If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container up to 3 days. Keep croutons separate to maintain their crunch.
