- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Burger buns
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Other desired toppings
Instructions
- Combine the ground chicken, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix until just combined.
- Form the mixture into about 4 patties, each about 3/4 inch thick.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and golden brown.
- Serve the cooked patties on burger buns with lettuce, tomatoes, and any additional toppings.
Notes
Don’t overmix the chicken to prevent dense patties. Use a thermometer to check for doneness.
