Description

Juicy and tender chicken burgers infused with cheddar and ranch flavors, perfect for family gatherings or weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Burger buns
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Other desired toppings

Instructions

  1. Combine the ground chicken, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix until just combined.
  2. Form the mixture into about 4 patties, each about 3/4 inch thick.
  3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and golden brown.
  4. Serve the cooked patties on burger buns with lettuce, tomatoes, and any additional toppings.

Notes

Don’t overmix the chicken to prevent dense patties. Use a thermometer to check for doneness.
