Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar or Monterey Jack)

  2. Sauté the diced onions and bell peppers in a skillet over medium heat until softened.
  3. Add the cooked breakfast sausage or bacon, stirring to combine.
  4. Pour in the seasoned egg mixture and cook, stirring gently, until the eggs are set.
