Description

A delightful Bowtie Pasta dish featuring earthy mushrooms, fresh spinach, and sweet caramelized onions, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz Farfalle pasta
  • 3 cups Fresh spinach
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 large Onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the farfalle pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add sliced onions to the skillet and caramelize for about 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Sauté sliced mushrooms and minced garlic until the mushrooms are tender.
  5. Stir in fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
  6. Combine the cooked pasta with the spinach and mushroom mixture, tossing gently.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
