Ingredients
- Baguette or Italian bread
- Boursin cheese
- Prosciutto
- Fresh arugula
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices and place them on a baking sheet.
- Brush both sides of the bread slices with olive oil and toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
- Spread a generous amount of Boursin cheese on each slice of toasted bread.
- Layer a slice of prosciutto over the cheese.
- Top with fresh arugula.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
