Description

A luxurious crostini featuring Boursin cheese, prosciutto, and fresh arugula on crispy toasted bread, perfect for entertaining.


Ingredients

  • Baguette or Italian bread
  • Boursin cheese
  • Prosciutto
  • Fresh arugula
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Brush both sides of the bread slices with olive oil and toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Spread a generous amount of Boursin cheese on each slice of toasted bread.
  5. Layer a slice of prosciutto over the cheese.
  6. Top with fresh arugula.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
