Ingredients

  • Fresh blueberries
  • Goat cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Honey
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the flatbread.
  4. Spread goat cheese evenly on top of the flatbread.
  5. Scatter fresh blueberries over the cheese.
  6. Sprinkle a pinch of salt on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until crispy.
  8. Remove from the oven, drizzle with honey, and garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
