Description

A refreshing BLT Chicken Salad that combines crispy bacon, tender chicken, and fresh vegetables for a delightful dish.

  • 1 pound bacon, diced and cooked until crisp
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1/2 small red onion, diced small
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Gather the Ingredients
  2. Cook the Bacon: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the diced bacon until it’s deliciously crisp. Set aside on paper towels.
  3. Prepare the Vegetables: Chop your cherry tomatoes, red onion, and celery.
  4. Combine Chicken and Veggies: In a large bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, crispy bacon, halved cherry tomatoes, red onion, and diced celery.
  5. Make the Dressing: Whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  6. Dress the Salad: Pour the dressing over the chicken and vegetable mixture and fold gently.
