Description

A delightful casserole that transforms the classic Big Mac flavors into a hearty, shareable dish perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup pickles, diced
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is fully cooked, draining excess fat.
  3. Stir in the pickles, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  4. Unroll crescent roll dough in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish to form the crust.
  5. Pour the beef mixture evenly over the dough.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  8. Let cool slightly, then top with shredded lettuce before serving.

Notes

Ensure you drain the beef well to avoid excess grease. This casserole keeps well in the fridge for up to 3 days and can be frozen for up to two months.
