- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup processed cheese (like Velveeta), cubed
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1 tablespoon jalapeño juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Combine the shredded cheddar and processed cheese in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir gently, allowing them to melt together.
- Gradually stir in the milk until the mixture is smooth.
- Add the taco seasoning, jalapeño juice, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Continue to heat, stirring continuously, until fully melted and combined.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
Notes
Leftovers can last in the refrigerator for about 3 to 4 days. Reheat gently on the stove with a splash of milk.
