Description

A delightful sandwich that combines tangy tuna with refreshing cucumber, perfect for warm days.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of tuna, drained
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 4 slices of bread
  • Lettuce leaves (optional)
  • Tomato slices (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Spread the tuna mixture generously onto two slices of bread.
  3. Layer cucumber slices, lettuce leaves, and tomato slices on top of the tuna.
  4. Top with the remaining slices of bread.
  5. Cut the sandwiches in half and serve immediately.
