Ingredients

  • 1 cup dill pickle juice
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or oil

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in dill pickle juice in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  2. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  3. Combine breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
