Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 2 ounces of brie cheese
- 2 tablespoons of apple butter
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Spread apple butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place brie cheese on the apple butter side of one slice.
- Top with the other slice of bread, butter side out.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the sandwich in the skillet.
- Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from the skillet, cut in half, and serve warm.
Notes
If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in a skillet on low heat.
