Description

A delightful twist on the classic grilled cheese, featuring rich, creamy brie and sweet apple butter for a nostalgic comfort meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 ounces of brie cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of apple butter
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Spread apple butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Place brie cheese on the apple butter side of one slice.
  3. Top with the other slice of bread, butter side out.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the sandwich in the skillet.
  5. Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Remove from the skillet, cut in half, and serve warm.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in a skillet on low heat.
