A quick and flavorful dish featuring tender beef sirloin and fresh vegetables, all brought together with rich oyster sauce.

- 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced thinly
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the beef with cornstarch, soy sauce, and pepper. Let it marinate for about 15-20 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic, onion, and bell pepper. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
- Return the beef to the skillet, add the oyster sauce, and stir well to combine. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot with rice or noodles.
Notes
Pairs beautifully with jasmine rice or noodles. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
