Ingredients

- 1 lb beef, sliced thinly
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
- Heat the skillet by heating the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Sauté the beef until it’s beautifully browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flavor with garlic and ginger, stirring for an additional minute.
- Add the mixed vegetables and cook until tender-crisp, about 2-3 minutes.
- Bring everything together by drizzling with soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring well.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Plate and serve your beef stir fry over cooked rice or noodles.
Notes
For perfectly tender beef, slice against the grain. Prepare all ingredients before cooking as stir-frying happens quickly.
