Description

A quick and satisfying beef stir fry packed with colorful vegetables and rich flavors.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb beef, sliced thinly
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat the skillet by heating the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Sauté the beef until it’s beautifully browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Flavor with garlic and ginger, stirring for an additional minute.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables and cook until tender-crisp, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Bring everything together by drizzling with soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring well.
  6. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  7. Plate and serve your beef stir fry over cooked rice or noodles.

Notes

For perfectly tender beef, slice against the grain. Prepare all ingredients before cooking as stir-frying happens quickly.
