Ingredients

  • 2 large onions
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or oil for baking

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the Onions by slicing them into rings and separating them.
  3. Whisk the Eggs in a bowl until frothy.
