Description

Delightful baked sliders filled with ham and melted Swiss cheese, perfect for gatherings and game days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 slider rolls
  • 1 pound deli ham, sliced
  • 1 pound Swiss cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and poppy seeds.
  3. Slice the slider rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Layer the ham and cheese generously on the bottom half of the rolls.
  5. Place the top halves of the rolls on top of the ham and cheese.
  6. Brush the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the sliders.
  7. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.
  9. Serve the sliders warm, and watch them disappear!

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding sliced pickles or honey mustard between the layers. Ensure even melting of cheese by baking uncovered in the last few minutes.
