Description

A creamy, cheesy dip inspired by Mexican street corn, perfect for gatherings and game nights.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups corn kernels (fresh, canned, or frozen)
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (Mexican blend or cheddar)
  • 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the corn, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, shredded cheese, cilantro, chili powder, garlic powder, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Mix everything together until you have a smooth, creamy mixture.
