- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 tablespoon almond or peanut butter
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
- Gently fold in the fresh blueberries into the mixture.
- In a separate bowl, combine the oats and nut butter and mix to form a crumbly topping.
- Transfer the cottage cheese mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle the oat topping evenly over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool slightly before serving warm.
