- Salt and pepper to taste
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, drizzle the olive oil. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Toss in the chopped artichokes and cook for 2-3 minutes until warm and tender.
- Add the cooked pasta, Parmesan cheese, fresh basil, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Toss everything together until combined.
- Keep tossing until heated through and the cheese melts slightly, creating a creamy coating.
- Serve warm, garnished with additional cheese and fresh basil if desired.
