- 1 French baguette
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the French baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices.
- Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, until golden brown.
- In a bowl, combine the chopped artichoke hearts, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Spoon the artichoke mixture onto the toasted baguette slices.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
