Description

A delicious and creamy artichoke filling served on perfectly toasted baguette slices, perfect for gatherings and celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 1 French baguette
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the French baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices.
  3. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, until golden brown.
  5. In a bowl, combine the chopped artichoke hearts, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  6. Mix until well combined.
  7. Spoon the artichoke mixture onto the toasted baguette slices.
  8. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
