A fun twist on classic apple pie, these Rice Krispie treats combine sweet apples, rich caramel, and cereal crunch for a delightful dessert.

- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 package (10 oz) mini marshmallows
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup diced apples
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat until bubbly and slightly foamy.
- Add mini marshmallows and stir continuously until melted into a glossy mixture.
- Remove from heat, then add Rice Krispies, cinnamon, diced apples, and caramel sauce. Mix well.
- Ensure cereal is coated and apple chunks are evenly distributed.
- Press the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan, compacting well.
- Allow to cool to room temperature until set.
- Lift out of pan, slice into squares, and optionally sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
