- 2 croissants
- 1 apple, thinly sliced
- 4 oz goat cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp honey
- Fresh arugula (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Carefully slice the croissants in half horizontally.
- In a bowl, mix the softened goat cheese with honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spread the goat cheese mixture onto the bottom half of each croissant.
- Layer the thinly sliced apple pieces over the goat cheese.
- Add fresh arugula on top of the apples (optional).
- Place the top half of the croissant over the filling.
- Toast the sandwiches in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until warm and slightly crispy.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
