Description

Indulge in a delightful combination of flaky croissants filled with creamy goat cheese, honey, crispy apples, and fresh arugula.


Ingredients

  • 2 croissants
  • 1 apple, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz goat cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Fresh arugula (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Carefully slice the croissants in half horizontally.
  3. In a bowl, mix the softened goat cheese with honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Spread the goat cheese mixture onto the bottom half of each croissant.
  5. Layer the thinly sliced apple pieces over the goat cheese.
  6. Add fresh arugula on top of the apples (optional).
  7. Place the top half of the croissant over the filling.
  8. Toast the sandwiches in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until warm and slightly crispy.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
