Ingredients

Instructions

- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until just mixed, then fold in the diced apples.
- Heat enough oil in a pan over medium heat until shimmering.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil, frying until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Once golden, remove from oil, drain on paper towels, and dust with powdered sugar.
