Ingredients

- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Cream together the softened butter and sugar in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In another bowl, combine almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until a dough forms.
- Spread the dough evenly into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden and the center is set.
- Allow to cool in the pan before cutting into bars.
