Description

Delightfully chewy cookie bars made with almond flour, perfect for sharing with loved ones.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the softened butter and sugar in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, combine almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until a dough forms.
  6. Spread the dough evenly into the prepared baking pan.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden and the center is set.
  8. Allow to cool in the pan before cutting into bars.
